Spencer is the Founder of Panterra, where he sources and executes real estate assets throughout the country. His background spans institutional investment platforms and commercial real estate brokerage, providing owners and investors with disciplined advisory and transaction execution services.
Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, Spencer returned to his hometown after building his career in Chicago and Miami on the Principal side. Over the past ten years, he has been directly involved in the acquisition, development, asset management, and disposition of industrial, multifamily, office, and retail assets across the Midwest and Southeast. Spencer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Real Estate from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business

Max began his commercial real estate career working with mixed-use properties in New York gaining early exposure to urban assets and investment focused transactions. He later earned an MBA from LSU, with a focus on financial analysis, valuation, and deal strategy.
Based in St. Louis, Missouri, he specializes in commercial real estate investment sales, advising owners and investors on pricing, market timing, and transaction execution across retail, industrial, and mixed use assets. He approaches each assignment with an owner focused, data driven mindset centered on clarity, trust, and results.

Alan is a commercial real estate professional with a strong background in high-performance sales within the pharmaceutical industry. After excelling in relationship-driven and results-oriented roles, he transitioned into commercial real estate with Panterra Capital, applying the same analytical and client-focused approach to real estate investing.
Over the past six years, Alan has worked extensively in residential housing through hands-on property management, personal investments, and the successful renovation and flipping of multiple properties. He now focuses on sourcing, underwriting, and evaluating value-driven commercial real estate investment opportunities for property owners and investors.
